Once ordered, the order can be cancelled without charges if it has not been dispatched.
All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. The normal timeline of order delivery is 7 – 14 days of shipping.
Pre-dispatch orders qualify for full refund
If incase the order has been dispatched, and the order has been approved for a refund, the refund qualified will be the amount paid less the expenses incurred for delivery, return & restocking (calculated on a case by case basis)
Orders with items having manufacturing defects qualify for retun & replacement or refund.
All reunds will be provided to the original channel of payment.
In no circumstances shall refunds be made via a channel different to that of the original payment method
